However, just writing for the web may engulf you. There are so many websites that pay you for the articles you write that it is unreal. Some sites will pay more than others. Some of the higher paying writing jobs on the web will require you to have plenty of experience and some good references. So, start out with these other writing jobs and work your way up to writing for a big company. Big companies usually end up paying ten dollars or more for every four hundred word article you turn in.
